Topic 3 Project management plan

Following the establishment of the project charter, one of the primary documents used is the project management plan or project application. This describes in full detail how the project will be executed, monitored, and controlled.

Accordingly, it is fundamental in creating several subsidiary plans dealing with the project’s various details, such as the Project Scope, the Stakeholder Management, the Project Team Management, the Time Management, the Cost Management, the Project Communications, the Risk Management and the Procurement Management plans. These plans are presented in the rest of this introductory module.
