Topic 2 Resource Management

Resource management is the process of pre-planning, scheduling, and allocating your resources to maximize efficiency.

A resource is anything a project needs in order for a task to be implemented, such as the skill sets of the workforce or the adoption of  new or specific software. For example, for an event planning, a few resources include arranging the working staff, finding appropriate promotional vendors, investing in adequate software for online registrations, and budgeting.

Resource management is centered around optimization and efficiency. If and when you are aware of what a project needs to become successful, you can then effectively comprehend how to plan resources efficiently, sufficiently, and effectively..
